Fashion Gossipology Spotlights on: Eric Daman

Yes it's true! The first and the most important reason that I started to wach the tv soap was the costumes and the style of the acctors in this show. Firstly, I loved Serena's Van Der Woodsen style, secondly I admired the classy Blair Waldorf and her wardrobe and finally I decided that all the cast clothing and style was the best of the best! Now, who was responsible for my obsession? Eric Daman.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"> Who is Eric Daman? Eric Daman is a costume designer and stylist (style expert according to me)<span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;">.<span style="font-family: inherit;"> He <span style="line-height: 24px;">designs costumes for film with 10 productions to his credit (1998 - 2012).  Eric beggan assisting Patricia Field on "Sex and the City" for three seasons. The team was awarded an Emmy for their work together in 2002. </span></span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">Today, Eric Daman is the costume designer for the CW's new series "The Carrie Diaries" (it's a Sex and the City prequel about Carrie's Bradshaw life). Prior to that, he was the costume designer for six seasons on the "Gossip Girl" series. Ναι το παραδέχομαι! Ο πρώτος και βασικός λόγος που ξεκίνησα να βλέπω αυτή τη σειρά ήταν τα ρούχα και το στυλ των ηθοποιών της. Αρχικά αγάπησα το στυλ της Serena van der Woodsen, αργότερα θαύμασα την κλασάτη  Blair Waldorf και την γκαρνταρόμπα της και τελικά κατέληξα πως το ενδυματολογικό κομμάτι της σειράς ήταν το καλύτερο δυνατό! Τώρα, ποιος ήταν υπεύθυνος γι'αυτήν μου την εμμονή; Ο Eric Daman.</div></div><div style="text-align: left;"><div style="text-align: justify;"> Ποιος είναι ο Eric Daman; Ο Eric Daman είναι σχεδιαστής κοστουμιών και στυλίστας/ενδυματολόγος (απ'του καλύτερους για εμένα). Σχεδιάζει κοστούμια για ταινίες με 10 παραγωγές στο ενεργητικό του (1998 - 2012). O Eric ξεκίνησε ως βοηθός στο πλευρό της Patricia Field στη σειρά "Sex and the City" για τρεις σεζόν. Το 2002 στην ομάδα αυτή απονεμήθηκε βραβείο Emmy για τη συνεργασία τους στη σειρά. Σήμερα ο Eric Daman είναι σχεδιαστής κοστουμιών για τη νέα αμερικάνικη σειρά του CW "The Carrie Diaries" (είναι ένα "πρίκουελ" του Sex and the City για τη ζωή της Carrie Bradshaw). Πριν από αυτό όμως ήταν ο σχεδιαστής και στυλίστας της σειράς "Gossip Girl" για έξι σεζόν.
