Purchase leggings that is not made of thin fabric because sometimes it has a  c-through effect. If you already have that kind of leggings it would be fine to pair it with a dress or a long enough shirt. (Nobody wants to see your panties! Moreover, nobody wanna know your body anatomy so, stop pulling up so high your leggings and buy them at your size.
